Villa Nausithoe ΙΙ is a 100-sqm luxury Cycladic-style Maisonette, located only a short walking distance (70 m) from one of Paros’ most alluring seashores, the quite Logaras Beach (70m from the villa) ideal for families with children or seniors, (220 m) from the famous and organized Pounda Beach, ideal for couples an teenagers as well and (500 m) from sandy beach of Piso Livadi and the small same named Harbor. It is a charming 2-storey structure that offers view to the turquoise Aegean Sea and is situated in a 300-sqm manicured garden. The idyllic harbor of Piso Livasi, with romantic restaurants, cafes and night clubs, small shops, can be reached in only 12min, all 500m walking distance. At the beach of Logaras you can find several nice Greek Taverns with delicious food and specialties.

The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a fine living room , dining room for 8 people and a fully-equipped kitchen in Cycladic style. It has two large shaded terraces and is fully air-conditioned. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Detailed description
The ground floor contains the living room with two comfortable build sofas , two armchairs and a LED TV 43”, home cinema and sound system. This spacious area also includes the dining room, with a dining table and chairs that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Adjacent is an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with a ceramic stove, an oven in country style, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee-maker and a high-quality set of kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine is in the service and storage room. The kitchen has a second veranda with view to the garden and piscine.In the 1st floor features two bedrooms with luxury Hypnos beds for an unbeatable night‘s sleep, king size (or it can split in two single beds, for twin use), and a bathroom in traditional Cycladic architecture with all amenities.

The upper level has a terrace, with a wooden table and comfortable canvass chairs, where one can enjoy the unobstructed views to the sea and romantic evenings under the starry sky of the island.
Outside of the living room is another, covered terraces, with a large wooden table and comfortable canvass chairs, where one can enjoy the unobstructed views to the blooming Mediterranean garden and piscine. In the garden is a BBQ area also. At the front of the house there is a staircase leading to the first level. The beautiful quiet garden is equipped with a large marble table for 12 people , sunbeds, BBQ, outside extra shower and provides shade with modern shading system. One parking space are also available. The villa is quiet with no noises from the street.

The Villa has its own exclusive entrance to the garden and provides complete privacy and partial sea view .

He will also be available during your entire staying for any questions or needs that you may have. We will provide information about the island, beaches, restaurants and activities.
